2. Data We Process

We only process data you actively provide — for example via the contact form or the review form. This includes:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional, only if provided)
• Product interest, desired size, message
• Billing & delivery address (standard-product inquiries only)
• Review text and public display name (for reviews)

3. Contact & Inquiry Form

When you submit an inquiry via our contact form, your details (name, email, phone, product interest, desired size and message) are stored in our database so we can process and respond to your inquiry. For standard-product inquiries we additionally collect your billing & delivery address in order to prepare the order, issue an invoice, allocate your payment and carry out delivery. For general inquiries and custom inquiries, providing an address is not required. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (inquiry handling, pre-contractual measures and contract performance). Where statutory retention obligations for invoice and business data apply, processing is additionally based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Your data is not passed on to third parties; in the event of delivery, your delivery address may be transmitted to a shipping or delivery provider commissioned by us, as far as necessary for delivery.

4. Review Form

When you submit a product review, your public display name, email address, rating and comment are stored. Your email address is not displayed publicly and is used solely for internal review moderation. Published reviews show only your display name and comment.

5. Technical Service Providers

We use the following service providers for the technical operation of this website:

Supabase – Database and backend services. Inquiries, reviews and administrative data are stored in a Supabase database. Supabase processes data in compliance with GDPR; servers are located in the EU. More information: supabase.com/privacy

Vercel – Website hosting and delivery. Vercel processes technical connection data (e.g. IP addresses) as part of request handling. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Resend – Transactional emails (e.g. confirmation email after receiving an inquiry). For delivery, your email address and name are transmitted to Resend. More information: resend.com/privacy

6. No Tracking or Analytics

This website does not use tracking tools, advertising cookies or analytics services such as Google Analytics. No data is collected or shared for advertising or profiling purposes.

7. Storage Duration

General inquiries and reviews are only stored for as long as required for processing. Order, invoice and business data are retained in accordance with statutory (tax and commercial law) retention obligations. Published reviews remain visible until they are deleted or revoked.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and receive a portable copy of your personal data stored by us. To view or delete your data, please contact us by email: info@pampas-essence.de

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
