Important Notice

All Pampas Essence arrangements are decorative articles intended for private indoor use. Please observe the following safety and care instructions to enjoy your arrangement for as long as possible.

Safety Information

Not a toy. These articles are not suitable for play and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Fire hazard. Pampas is a natural plant material and is easily flammable. Never place the arrangement near candles, open flames, fireplaces, heat sources or any other sources of heat. Do not use as a candle holder or candle decoration.
Indoor use only. Arrangements are suitable exclusively for indoor use. Avoid humid environments, prolonged direct sunlight and outdoor placement.
Stability. Position the arrangement securely and stably so that it cannot tip over. Place heavy or large-format pieces on a sufficiently stable surface.
Moisture. Keep away from water, spray and persistently humid air. Pampas is not water-resistant.

Natural Product Characteristics

Pampas is a natural material. The following characteristics are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect:

Slight shedding or spreading of the pampas plumes is a natural process. Occasional gentle treatment (see care instructions) can reduce this.
Colour variations, differences in volume and organic forms are natural characteristics that give each piece its unique character.
Over time, the colour tone of pampas may change slightly — a sign of genuine natural quality.

Care Instructions

Dusting: Gently shake outdoors or dust with a hair dryer on the lowest setting at maximum distance (cold air).
No water: Do not allow pampas arrangements to come into contact with water and never place them in water.
Storage: Store in a dry, light-protected location when the arrangement is temporarily not displayed. Avoid high humidity.
Cleaning the base: Clean the vase or base area with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
