Right of Withdrawal Notice

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pampas Essence, Dennis Menner, Hausener Str. 13, 73337 Bad Überkingen, Germany, Email: info@pampas-essence.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we have informed you of this before conclusion of the contract.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

For individually crafted arrangements (Custom Interior Pieces), we will inform you separately prior to order placement whether and to what extent the right of withdrawal applies to your order.
