Delivery by Arrangement

Pampas Essence currently delivers by personal handover, arranged individually. Prior to contract formation, we will communicate the delivery area, delivery costs and delivery period in your individual offer.

Delivery Area

The current delivery area is communicated prior to order placement during personal contact. Inquiries from other regions are welcome — we assess individual delivery options on request.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on distance, product size and agreed delivery method. They are stated transparently in the offer prior to contract formation. There are no hidden costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on product availability and finish:

• Standard arrangements: approx. 7–21 business days by arrangement, unless otherwise stated.
• Custom commissions: delivery time is agreed individually and stated in the offer.

Transport and Handover

As pampas arrangements are delicate natural products, delivery is carried out with care and wherever possible through personal handover to preserve the quality of each arrangement. Personal handover allows us to reduce transport risks and ensure a careful, attentive delivery.
